Well with your marks you can opt for getting a government medical college in your state only. Chances are there but slightly less for you to get a medical seat in government medical college through state quota.

AFMC usually have really high cut off and for you to clear that cut off is not possible.

Now as far as state quota of Kerala is concerned, there also your chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges with this marks might not be possible because

Well for the ESIC quota to be applicable, a student has to be a IP ward student. If you are a IP ward student then ESIc category will be eligible for you.

Generally the cut off is low but still the marks you scored is way too less
