Your score is low and the cutoff has increased so you have very less chances of getting a government medical College in Karnataka but you may try management quota seat in self funded colleges you have chances of getting a medical seat there.

With 274 marks, I don't think it is possible to get admitted in any good government medical college in Pondicherry.

However, you might be able to get a seat in private medical colleges like Sree lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, etc. but they require large monetary donations.
