I personally prefer Bankura Sammilani medical college over Kalyani. BSMC is an old college and the proffessors here are very helpful. We do have regular classes. Moreover the patients coming here is large so you get to learn the clinics well during your internship and OPD duties. So

As per your question, i would say that it totally depends from college to another college. 

There are many college under neet so it's basically more or less the same fees though few might be slightly higher. Coming to aiims, it has the same fees which is totally less

Your wbjeeb result will consist of 2 ranks i.e. pharmacy rank which is based on your physics and chemistry paper and engineering rank which consist of your marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics paper. You can enroll in JU with around 4000 rank in pharmacy while a bit higher
