if you dont have the certificates why will you prove about being a esic candidate!? ofcourse you need to have the cerificates and submit them to gain admission to the colleges. and that applies to all the rounds. without these you will be conisdered general only and compete

There are many college under neet so it's basically more or less the same fees though few might be slightly higher. Coming to aiims, it has the same fees which is totally less
