You can definitely apply for the state counselling of Bengal through which you will probably secure a seat in IQ City medical college, Durgapur. But the thing is you have to join using the all-India quote or management quota where the fees go pretty high. Try for it.

IQ city Durgapur is a very nice college with reasonable fees and the cutoff excepting the govt or state quota i.e. I mean management or AIQ quota cutoff will be around 415-430. Hope this might help you.

As far my analysis is concerned this year the cutoff is going to be 35-40marks higher than 2018. 

Hence I don't think that you will be able to get a seat at all India quota (MBBS) but you can definitely try  85% state quota in Uttar Pradesh .
