No, you can not . To get a medical seat in Andhra Pradesh you need to score atleast 340, if you are from the ST category.  To get a dental seat, you need to score atleast 331, if you belong to the ST category .

According to NEET UG 2018 counselling, you have to score accordingly to secure a seat in government medical college. For this year the rank secured by the General Candidates to get an admission in Medical colleges is 8281, whereas the marks secured by the candidates is 546 out of 720.

I think it's your Neet score and since you haven't mentioned your category it's difficult to predict whether you could get government medical college or not.
