Fees structure depends upon the seat type; management seats have very expensive fee structures, you have not mention the course but for mbbs Fee structure is RS 60,000/- only .it is fixed by medical council of india, and no additional fee should be taken from the students

with 420 score and belonging to obc categpry i think you might not get govt medical college in haryana under state quota. as per previous year the minimum cut off was 494 marks for BC-A and 514 marks for BC-B category under state quota. we are not sure

Yes, the Durgapur Ramakrishna Medical College is approved by MCI for the year 2019-20. There are a total of 150 mbbs seats there.

As per the official website, the fee structure is yet to be decided by the Fee Structure Committee, Government of West Bengal.
