No college provide free seat even in the govt. college you need topay the fees though it is less but you have. And you are from BC category then it does not mean that you are having any free seat. Reservation can help you to get the seat bit easily
I'm sorry to disappoint you but if you are from General category, it is unlikely that you get a medical seat even in a private college under AIQ or state quota.
However, if you are under SC, you may easily get admission in government / private medical or BDS colleges.
