with 408 marks in neet and belonging to Sc categpry you might get seat in govt medical college in west bengal. as per previous year the minimum cut off of west bengal for sc category under state quota was 349 marks of college maldah medical college in maldah.

No college provide free seat even in the govt. college you need topay the fees though it is less but you have. And you are from BC category then it does not mean that you are having any free seat. Reservation can help you to get the seat bit easily

I'm sorry to disappoint you but if you are from General category, it is unlikely that you get a medical seat even in a private college under AIQ or state quota.

However, if you are under SC, you may easily get admission in government / private medical or BDS colleges.
