Yes you can get admission in Kolkata and infact in any College you want the only condition is you should have all the original documents that are needed by the university for admission and you should present them in the time of document verification. I am extremely sorry to tell you but 143 marks is not a good marks , its quite low and with this much marks you cannot get a seat in medical colleges, not even in stray round.
But you don't need to lose hope, I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.

Time management is the most crucial part of jee most of the candidates get messed up due to time issue the pressure in real exam hall would be 10 times more than your test series so firstly work on your speed how can you during your practice time at home set timer to solve questions everyday set 30 questions to be solved within 1 hr it might take more than 1hr at first but at last you will acheive your target. And for forgetting every thing its just your pressure I ask you one thing if you dont get the wright answer what would you loose nothing so why to fear might you wont get cse in trichy but you will get cse in any other nits chill .
