So yes, even commerce students are definitely eligible for pursuing bsc in psycology. No, You can't apply for Duet for Pg in history. One can sit in the entrance exam as long as the candidate has scored 60% marks and above in the aggregate or above in B.A programme with/without history from delhi or other recognized university recognized as equivalent.

So with regard to your query, NO NEET is not required to study BSc Radiography. However, if you wish to become a doctor in Radiology then it is a must that you should qualify NEET and opt for MBBS full time degree course. Whereas for Radiography it is not required.
