If you have domicile of Jammu and Kashmir, you can participate in All India Counselling if you submit a self declaration form. But if you havent submitted a self declaration form, you will be held ineligible for participating in All India Counselling. And you can still participate in State Counselling.

Dear Hemanth, if the bubbling is wrong, then there is no chance that the Computer system will recognise the Roll number through the numbers entered manually. So, the results might not show up. The computers only recognise your roll number through the bubbles you have marked.
