Dear Sir / Mam, with an All India score of 525, you have better chances in your 85% state quota counselling then the 15% All India quota counselling. You have fair chances of getting a seat in your state counselling as state quota has lesser cut-off then All India quota.

Based upon your expectations chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota both. Only score above 550 are considered for MBBS seats.
If you belong to the reserved categories you may have better chances in the state quota . Try

For general category to apply for any government college, you need to have 50 and above percentile or more than 500. But you can try for management/paid quota. Refer the link below
