It will be more good if you be more specific about your category.
If it is UR-PH, OBC/ST/SC-PH.
Expected cut off for PH category might fall in between:
UR-PH - 466-214 marks
OBC-PH - 213-210
SC-PH - 209-130
ST-PH - 213-118
This is just expected cut off for NEET 2019 for 15% AIQ. Cut off changes every year so original result might vary.

Dear Kundan, PWD do not have Vertical Reservation like OBC, SC, ST. They have horizontal reservation in the Category they belong to. For example, if you belong to General Category, you get to have UR-PWD relaxation, so on and so forth. You havent mentioned your Category. But 210 marks is quite a less score for a Government Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
