    During all India counseling candidates can take a seat any college irrespective of the state. While in state counseling one can only take seat in colleges of that particular state.

    Government medical college is difficult to get with these marks. 

    However if you apply to the private medical colleges of rajasthan, you may get Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, NIMS University, Jaipur.
