No, Only those students who attempted a question will get a bonus marks. In most of the cases this rule will act. But there are some cases in which all the students get a bonus marks although they attempted that question or not. It's upto the exam

Hello jatinder Kumar , Hind institute of Medical Sciences , Barabanki offers Mbbs of 4.5 years with 11.5 lakhs per annum 

So if you calculate the fee of full course -

11.5×4.5 = 51.75 lakhs
