If you belong to reserved category then you have less chances of getting Medical seat in government and semi government colleges. So

Most of the coaching centres have faculty who are available during their breaks between classes (or lunch breaks) and they answer the doubts of students who study there.

I'm not sure about the doubt centres, but surely there are teachers and their assistants who'll help you in your doubts
