As per the cutoffs of last year you have very bleak chance to get into a college in kerela. Coz even private colleges lik:

Azeezia Medical College, Meeyannoor-closed at 481

Sree Gokulam Medical College, Venjaramoodu closed at 482.

So with 440 your chances are less.
