Dear Sir/ Ma'm, for admission to any medical colleges in India be it in any government medical college or any deemed University, you must qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test with the required qualifying percentile as per your category. After getting admission in any NIt you certificate must verify than only they can get admission in any Nit because these is rule so try to verify all documents

As per the marks you have mentioned I would like to tell you that your marks are too less to get a government college as for government colleges you need to score 620+ marks .You can apply for  deemed colleges to be on safer side . Remember cutoff varies

The eligibility criteria for admission into MD course is a degree in MBBS from a recognized university.
