As you have not mentioned your category I am assuming it to be general. Sorry to say but according to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get a seat in government medical colleges even if you have state quota of West Bengal as their cutoffs

The documents required for admission to IIT/NIT/IIIT's/GTI's is clearly mentioned at “Documents to be Submitted at the Reporting Centre at the Time of Seat Acceptance” section at JoSAA and it includes a medical certificate.The format of medical certificate is available at JoSAA business rule.
