Inorder to get into a government medical college you need to have a min of around 520-530 marks to be in a safe zone.
Said this i am sorry but its not possible for you to get a government medical college if you belong to UR.

I would bring to your kind notice that there is no such management quota through ethical means. But, for OBC it is around 40th Percentile and for that you need to score at least between 118-96 marks.
