I have scored 488 in neet ug 2019 and I have obc telugu (linguistic minoritiy) what could be the chance of getting hasam i medical science

Last year cut off for the College Hassan institute of medical science for state quota for OBC category was 378 and for all India quota the data is not available but for general category the cut off was 552 so for very obvious reasons the cut off for OBC category in AIQ would be above 500 and below 552.
If you have domicile of the state then you have a good chance to get the College under state quota otherwise via AIQ it seems not possible according to previous year's cut off.
Keep in mind that the cut off variates each year on the basis of no. of students appeared for the exam, difficulty of exam, change in pattern, etc.

As per the marks that you have mentioned I would like to tell you that you have fair chances of getting a seat under the category you have mentioned as last year least marks to secure a seat from your category was 414 marks in Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences,Adilabad . Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category. All you need to do is wait for release of official key in order to weigh your options.

It can be assumed that the cutoff for this year is too going to be below 400. And as you have scored 488 in NEET, you will easily get into this college.
