As per your requirement, i would say that the cut off for such courses is not fixed. 

Icar aieea ug exam has to be given which is dine to give admission to such courses like vetenary, agriculture, horticulture, forestry etc.

Yes you might get a private medical college with this score. The cutoff varies every year from state to state and college to college however getting a Pvt medical college is comparatively easier as compared to govt medical college.

See the marks u are talking about is bit low for u to bag a seat in the govt colleges to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. U should be going above 550 to bag u a seat for MBBS career.

Hi mohit,  your score is enough to get you into seema dental college as the cutoff score is 159. You could also get private medical college like Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Dehradun(367) and Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Jolly Grant, Dehradun(358)  for obc category.
