t fees depends on the colleges.some colleges take 1.2-1.5Cr and some colleges take 40-60 lakhs depending on the location and college status.medical is in huge demand and scope is more is India than any other field.its better you study neet and get free seat.

Hello Gayathri , as per last year cut off students with 400+ marks in obc got government colleges. So as per last year cut off it is somewhat difficult for you to get government MBBS  college with This marks.
