Yes,You can get a seat but not in government folleco.In private collges you will be getting seat.

Seats are even reserved with caste categories.So even your caste may vary.

But don't be worried, Seats will be available in private Colleges.Try your best by visiting some or more colleges.

Now, to change your college prefrences you can either go for mop-up rounds or apply for colleges up gradation process.

But, now as 2nd rounds are over in many colleges so your chances of getting a seat in AMVV VIZAG is around 50-50% only.
