muslim minority colleges are already government colleges with very low fee stucture. they take very low fees from the students. so no concession is required. that much fees is affordable. so you dont worry about that.

You either will have to pay the entire amount of the current academic yayeat once or in two installments. Some even allow to deposit in three or four installments.

It just depends on the college concerned. The fees consists of your entire fee after deducting the security deposit

you have to first know whether their is any option for cporrection. which is the exam you have filled the form for? if it cant be corrected now, then while submitting the documents maybe you can try by showing your original caste documnents.
