Sorry to say but you will not be able to get a seat of MBBS in government medical college with 460 score even if you have a state quota of Punjab as their cutoffs are above 500. You may have chances of getting dental colleges in state quota.

You have some chances of admission in a government college for BAMS course. This year's cut off marks are higher than previous years so the predictions are difficult. Just wait for the counselling results and see what happens. You may also try for BHMS or other such courses .

Well getting a seat with that marks won't be easy because the marks that you have scored aeems less as compared to the marks required to get admission in Ayurveda.
The cut off goes high because of which the chances may vary according to your category.

Counselling for Neet 2019 has already begun and now you can know if there is chance for you to get a mbbs or bds. You surely have a chance in bams( as per previous year's data). There is chance for a good bds seat too. Go for counselling and
