According to law you are not allowed to take admission in any other state for government quota seats and is eligible only for your own state government quota seats.

I would recommend you to go for private seats in other staes because that is what you have right

To secure a seat in any government medical college in Karnataka, a score of 500+ is minimum if you don't belong to SC/ST category.

For KIMS or BMC, a score of 450+ would have been decent. However, you should apply for these colleges.
