Well, the cut off has increased this year and because of which getting a seat with such marks being 460 in Bihar might not be possible.
Your category being EBC might also not help you as the cut off is high for them as well.

You can refer the previous year cutoff to get an idea about the trends.
The cutoff may vary every year depending on various factors like difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
