Hello rethaliaya , hope you are doing well! Well, both the colleges are considered as top ranking colleges.. both the colleges are good in there both way.. but i would suggest you to go for bj medical college.. as bj medical has very good inhouse faculty and also the colleges

States like Uttar pradesh, karnataka allow candidates from other states in their counselling. But if you are from other states and are applying in other states like up you are only eligible for management seats in private colleges.

You can apply for other state All India Quota seats in Government colleges & Management quota seats of private colleges. You can apply for West Bengal private medical colleges ( Management Quota seats), You were needed to register to go on West Bengal website.
