With 300 marks, your rank could be around 167k-172k. It might not be possible to get admission there with this rank unless you have some reservation quota for which cutoffs are lower.

As per your requirement, i would say that as you want admission in mysore medical college, then you can apply for state quota counseling if you habe domicile or aiq counseling depending on your marks. Aiq has 15% reservation pf seats and state quota has 85% counseling seats.
