If you belong to Andhra Pradesh and have the BC quota applicable there, then last year the cutoff for getting a government medical college for MBBS course was above 450 marks.
For BDS courses, the cutoff was in the range 430-460 marks.

As per your requirement, i would say that the fees for mbbs at karpagam medical college is 6 lakhs per annum as it is a private medical college.
