Well you can get admission in government medical colleges of your state only and getting a seat in other state government medical colleges is practically not possible.

You can go for private colleges seat in other states and government medical colleges of your own state.

Based on this score the chances seems less to get a seat in Governmnet colleges under All India Quota & state quota seats. It is very late, I hope you have checked the seat allotment of All India Quota seats & also State quota seats.
