Well a OBC student can get classified into EBC and BC where EBC is economically backward class and BC is backward class.
So if you are under EBC then you will have to submit the certificate for rhe same and if not then just submit the OBC certificate

Well your score is nice and pretty but the possibility of getting a government medical college seat in government medical colleges iwill depend upon you attending counseling process.
