As per as your score and previous year cuttoff score of medical college,your chance of getting medical college under OBC quota is very less.You need 580+ score under OBC quota to secure seats in government medical college.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of medical college:

As per last year cutoff you need to score around 119/720 to qualify NEET.
