hope you are doing well. neet exam is held in 5 may, 2019. however cuttof changees every year. if you are going to get 539 marks in neet it is really good. you may get governmen colleges of medical. but remember 85% of seats are reserved for domicile

Yes, 515 marks are very good score in NEET UG. Cutt off score usually ranges from 697-131 (50th percentile) for General Category and 130-107 (40th percentile) for SC/ST/BC. Apply for your conselling in the colleges of your choice and you will definitely easily get into a government college.
