i am sorry to inform you that as you got 38 marks in eamcet exam,you wont be able to qualify for the exam as the minimum marks that are to be secured by the candidate are 40(25% of the toal marks 160).

Well sometimes the application can get accepted even if the name and date is not mentioned. This is quite normal and you do not have to worry about any other thing. If your application got accepted then it is totally fine.
