There is no any reservation for Ex- service man in NITs, IIITs. JOSSA seat allotment has been released, I hope you have checked it. With this rank the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

According to my understanding, it happens all at the same type. The students must be having the marks/ rank to qualify for admission. Based on your rank, they will determine the colleges (govt/pvt) that you will be getting.
