To pursue MS after your Mbbs u need to appear for NEET PG exam held once a year in january.
U can also appear for exams held by Aiims,Jipmer, and Pgi held twice in a year to pursue MS.

For admission into MBBS in government medical colleges from SC category, your score should be around 450 to 500. Below this score, its less predictable that you'll get admission into government medical colleges.
I suggest you to aim for 600+ score and work hard for it.
