Dear Bobby, Form DM stands for Declaration of Marks for Engineering to be sent to the Convenor, AP EAMCET. This is a detailed information of marks of your highest qualification. This form should be sent along with an attested copy of marks meml either through emailnor a registered post. This is for students who have completed 10+2 equivalent course and not Intermediate.

DM is super-specialisation in the field of medicine.
It can be done only after MBBS, then An MD and finally DM.
NEET SS is the examination for the admissions into super speciality
