Yes, i understand your query regarding the ts eamcet counselling 2019 but i would like to tell you that the commencement of counselling for ts eamcet is done on june 24,2019 and online choice filling is in between june 27-july 4,2019 while seat allotment is from july 6,2019.

After secondary round of counselling, mop up round begins. It is only for those who have not get any seat in previous rounds .
But you can not participate in that because you have got a seat in both

Hello there,

Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Lucknow has released the schedule for the second round of UP MBBS counselling 2019 on July 21, 2019.

Those who have already had their documents verified in the first round are not required to undergo document verification again.
