Yes if you wish you can change your photo easily 

There should be an option for that.

And in their website they should indicate correct dimensions for the photos 

So try to read all the instructions carefully and do necessary

                 Look Medical imaging course offered by only IIT KGP & MIT. Otherwise most of the colleges offers the same course related to it as BIOMEDICAL Engineering. So you can also opt for Biomedical Engineering..  Otherwise Medical Imaging does not provided by other then colleges..
