It depends on your category. If you are from UR category, 50% is the minimum marks in 12th to be eligible for NEET 2019. If you are from OBC/SC/ST it is 45%.

First you have to confirm from the rule book is to that what is the highest priority seat ie 1st or last.

So suppose you have filled the choice and your rank is good then you will get the 1st choices seat if your rank is not enough
