You didn't mention here the college name for which you want to know the admission process, Please mention to get the answer of your query.
In order to get admission in Government, private & Deemed Medical colleges you need to appear NEET Entrance Exam and to get admission in AIIMS Institutes you need to appear AIIMS Entrance Exam, JIPMER for JIPMER Colleges.

Assuming that you are talking about Aurangabad of Maharashtra, then as per the notice of DMER (Directorate of Medical Education and Research), the result of second round of allotment will be released once the seats which have remained vacant after the second round of AIQ counselling, are transferred
There is no any exact date announced but it is expected in this month after a couple of weeks. It usually starts late after MBBS BDS and all other counselling is done.
