If at all the government proceeds with idea of NTA and conduct NEET twice a year, then you can attempt both of the exams the February one as well as the May one if you're a repeater.

Hi. CMC is run by an organization of churches and these church sponsor the education of the students. The chruch sponsors the students who has served the hospital run by the church for at least 2 years. Apart from sponsored seats, there are open seats too.

There is no institute for Tehsildar and Patwari ,you need to appear for the test conducted by respective state selection board ,for Patwari and Tehsildar you need to do firstly graduation.After that you can appear in test.
