As per your All India Rank, you haven't qualified NEET Exam. To Qualify NEET 2018- you should have scored more than 96 marks (Reserved Category) in the exam. I would suggest you to give NEET once again next year with full preparation.

According to central govt , this 3B is under OBC with few castes not included in at OBC central list.
