Yes,you can apply in government colleges of UP under 15% all India quota seats but for 85% state quota seats you cannot apply.i hope this information helps you.

Sorry but with these score it's quite tough to get a seat under aiq in any state. You might get seat under state quota. The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in govt colleges.

Sorry but based upon your scores and the cutoff for previous year your chances of getting a govt medical college in up is quite tough. The cutoff for up goes high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in govt colleges.
