    You have to report to the allotted college and join the college. When you report at the allotted college, you have to indicate your willingness to participate in the second round. Only then you can apply for second round of counselling.

    Look, every college has has merits and demerits.
    RMC has good campus. Academically, the college has good reputation with all the necessary facilities. Labs are well equipped and lectures being conducted timely. But, Campus life is restricted within the university premises only.
