This might not be sufficient to get an MBBS seat. However, there are chances of getting BDS or AYUSH seats considering your category. Chances would be more for AYUSH seats or you can also try for private colleges.

Generally this much score is enough to get a government seat under state quota. Don't worry, you would most probably get one in subsequent rounds.
However, getting a seat under All India quota would not be much likely at this score, as you are from general category.

At this score, it won't be possible to get a government seat in any medical course. You may try for private or deemed universities but let me tell you, chances would not be much even then. Comparatively, chances would be more in AYUSH courses or Bvsc.
