You have mentioned private colleges. Getting a private college is comparatively easier. For your rank, you have slight chances of selection as your category won't matter in private colleges.

It all depends upon your choice. As far as the colleges are concerned, both are almost similar. Even the cutoff was similar last year.(584). So, choose according to your own choice.

Getting a seat in All India quota would be impossible at this score. Even in state quota, chances are not much. If we go by the cutoff data of last year which was 437 for SC category, chances are not much here either. But, you may get BDS or AYUSH

Getting an MBBS seat with this score would not be possible. Since you have qualfied NEET, you can try for AYUSH or Bvsc seats. But even then, you would not be able to get government seat. So do try for private colleges.
