The Central Government of India recently introduced EWS Reservation. 10% quota is provided for the economically weaker sections among General Category candidates in government jobs and educational institutions. there's nothing like that. mop round has nothing to do with fees. mop round is to finish off distribution of the last few seats left vacant . government colleges have low fees structure anyway and that applies for all state and central government medical colleges.
